Tetherwell™ · iOS beta

Support that doesn’t end at six weeks

Tetherwell is a clinician-built mental health app for parents — through pregnancy, postpartum, and the years of parenting that follow. Safeguarded support, private check-ins, and an easier way to ask your people for help.

The TestFlight beta isn’t open to the public yet. Sign up and you’ll get the invite as soon as it is.

What’s inside

Peri, your companion

A clinician-safeguarded companion for the 3 a.m. questions, the hard days, and the ordinary ones. Peri never diagnoses, and escalates to real help when it matters.

Check in with yourself

A feelings wheel with the vocabulary to say what's actually happening — not just "fine". Patterns build quietly in the background and can be shared with your clinician.

Ask your people

Add the people you'd want beside you. Each one opts in by text first. One tap reaches them when you can't find the words.

Built for every stage

Pregnancy, postpartum, toddlerhood, school years, and the teenage ones. The support grows with your family instead of ending at six weeks.

Before you download

Tetherwell is a support tool, not medical care, and it is not a substitute for 911 or 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.

Texts to your support circle go out only after each person opts in by reply. See our SMS consent policy, Privacy Policy, and Privacy & Security Program.
